Columbia Machine Works' Stamping Press Repair department is dedicated to keeping customer machinery in production, with decades of experience repairing and maintaining stamping press equipment.

Our press team runs dedicated CNC machinery for press components, allowing for shorter lead times on repairs. The department is housed in a large, clean bay with 50 tons of overhead crane capacity, suitable for repair and assembly of heavy press equipment.

Columbia Machine Works also offers press inspection services for customers who want expert preventative maintenance performed on their machines. Our crews diagnose and correct maintenance issues on-site at a customer's facility, or bring machinery and parts back to our shop, where machining, fabrication, assembly, and painting/coating are all available under one roof.

With decades of experience diagnosing and correcting press maintenance issues — including through unconventional methods — and an in-house machine shop capable of manufacturing after-market parts no longer available from the OEM, Columbia Machine Works keeps aging and hard-to-source press equipment running.
