Columbia Machine Works has been repairing/rebuilding die casting and injection molding equipment for decades. We have the capability to do a full in-house rebuild of your machine, including the machine base, platens, tie bars, linkages, tie bar nuts, shot ends, etc. In addition, we have the capability to refurbish broken tie bars back to OEM specification. If you are having difficulty in sourcing parts and components for your machinery that are no longer produced by the OEM, we can reverse-engineer your existing piece, providing a new component to the specification required for your machine.
